Email support@supersimplecontacts.com. Include the device type, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send contact exports, credentials, or sensitive contact details.

Apple Contacts permission

Super Simple Contacts asks for Contacts access in context. You can review or change permission in system Privacy settings. The app remains available with preview records when permission has not been granted.

Google and Microsoft sync

Refresh is manual by design. Open account settings to review connection status, refresh an account, inspect outgoing changes, or reconnect authorization. Changes remain separated by account and are not silently sent across providers.

Trial and subscription

The 14-day free trial and subscription are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your plan in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple Support.

Protecting your contact data

Before a large import, export, or bulk edit, review the preview and destination account carefully. Keep exports in a secure location. Duplicate linking is local and does not merge or delete source records across providers.
